Twin Sisters Peak: Although this peak (11,430') on the eastern edge of the Park (actually it is in a detached part of the Park boundaries) was once known as Lily Peak, after an early engineer who settled in the Estes Park area, it remained Twin Sisters because if its distinctive two peaks, even after several attempts to change it in 1915.
This mountain is visible from Lumpy Ridge on our Virtual Hike. Climbing this peak affords great surround views of Longs Peak, Estes Park, Boulder, and Denver on the plains.#
